"Hello,
Events are Objects is a Burlington, VT based band comprised of four members whose sound is shaped from a myriad of influences from a wide range of genres. With their thoughtful, honest, and accessible songwriting, they take their audience with them on a multi-destination musical outing. Their live shows showcase their openness to exploring new territory while keeping their audience engaged and the room moving. The band is comprised of Jon McCartan (bass - Gordon Stone Band), Chris Kave (Keyboards - Blues for Breakfast), Brian Wade (Guitar - Blues for Breakfast), and Joe Chapman (drums). They have hit the stages of Higher Ground, RhinoFest VT, Nectar's, Club Metronome, and Red Square in Burlington, VT and Red Square Albany in Albany, NY to name a few. They have shared the stage with U-melt, the Gordon Stone Band, Pulse Prophets, Timbre Coup, and Bearquarium. Events Are Objects' song "Friends" has been featured on 102.7 WEQX's show Bandwith Wednesdays and 104.7 The Point in Burlington.
